EY Better Button
Taking place in February 2014 this campaign is a brand awareness exercise for EY. Based on their rebrand and new strapline “Building a better working world” we took the concept of Better and made it tangible for students to engage with. Put quite simply we asked students - what aspect of their student lives could be made better. Students and/or societies then had to upload a photo with tweetable caption and EY would collate all entries and make the lucky ones become real.
The site was responsive and the button operated the users' cameras on their smartphones to take part. It was live for a 2 week period with range of prizes given out over that time. We also hit campuses with pop-up art and upcycling galleries as well as giveaways and free bike clinics. Over the period EY had a massive uptake in the competition and a 46% share of Twitter - blowing their competitors away.
